Welcome to Manager A.I, a service provided by SkyNet Technologies ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Manager A.I platform, including any features, services, or content provided by or through the platform. By accessing or using Manager A.I, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using Manager A.I, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of Manager A.I after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

A. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Manager A.I. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

B. Account Registration: To access certain features of Manager A.I, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

C. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

- Use Manager A.I for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform or its services.

- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

- Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of Manager A.I.

A. Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create, submit, or otherwise make available through Manager A.I ("Your Content"). By making Your Content available, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, reproduce, and display Your Content in connection with providing the platform and services.

B. Our Content: All content, features, and functionality provided by or through Manager A.I, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by SkyNet Technologies or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.

Your use of Manager A.I is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

A. Disclaimers: Manager A.I is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

B. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyNet Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the platform by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content; and/or (vi) any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkyNet Technologies, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of Manager A.I.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Manager A.I shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the rules of the Uganda Arbitration Act.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Manager A.I at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
